The Agito Cabs shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services due to unforeseen events such as traffic, road closures, accidents, or extreme weather conditions. In such instances, the company will make reasonable efforts to notify the passenger and make alternative arrangements where possible.
Payment Methods
Payment for services rendered by the Agito Cabs company can be made by using cash, credit/debit cards, or other electronic payment methods as approved by the company. All fares shall be paid in full at the conclusion of the trip, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Refusal of Service
